OUR STANDARD CFL DOCUMENTS

These are samples of the documents (note these are samples only, revisions may be made and incorporated before we have the opportunity to update the website) that are used by the members of The Collaborative Law Network with their clients proceeding forward into a CFL process. The Collaborative Agreement in particular is detailed and tends towards being a boring contract (so not exciting reading) but we want to ensure you have as much information as you might want - to really see how this process works.
