Here you may learn more about Collaborative Family Law. In true collaborative fashion, we offer you here many links out to other sites and articles on the subject so that you may find out more about the process, the
concepts, and it’s history. Get a different perspective, different words, voices and descriptions that may (or may not) move you to be interested in exploring whether this is the way that you will handle your separation or divorce.
These are samples of the documents (note these are samples only, revisions may be made and incorporated before we have the opportunity to update the website) that are used by the members of The Collaborative Law Network with their clients proceeding forward into a CFL process. The Collaborative Agreement in particular is detailed and tends towards being a boring contract (so not exciting reading) but we want to ensure you have as much information as you might want - to really see how this process works. If you have any questions about these documents or the process they underpin, you may discuss those questions with your collaborative lawyer
