Katherine
Shadbolt has a B.A. (Hons.) from Queen's University
and an L.L.B. from Dalhousie University. She was called
to the Bar in 1986 and has been a Partner at Perley-Robertson,
Hill & McDougall LLP/s.r.l. since 1993, specializing
in family law. She has completed a number of courses in
the area of dispute resolution including the mediation
workshop and advanced negotiation workshop at Harvard.
Katherine does mediation coaching with Stitt Feld Handy
Group and is a member of Family Mediation Canada and
Ontario Association for Family Mediation. She offers the
full range of services in family law including
collaborative family law, mediation, arbitration, and
litigation.
