Gerald Yemensky has been practicing family law since 1986. He has actively maintained a practice in family mediation since 1988 and is committed to the collaborative family law process. Mr. Yemensky's focus is to attempt to utilize the least confrontational approach available to the resolution of family issues. From the simple to the complex, his mandate is to provide cogent and knowledgeable advice to his clients that will allow them to reach a fair and equitable settlement of their affairs that balances the best interests of all the parties involved.
