I have 27 years of legal family law experience. I have worked in the areas of mediation, arbitration, representing children in custody cases, child protection work and representing parties in court proceedings, including motions, trials, arbitrations and appeals. I have extensive knowledge in family law.
I am excited to be part of the collaborative family law bar as I truly believe that it is in the best interests of the parties and their children to make all efforts to resolve their differences without court intervention. It is my view that an out of court settlement will be less costly and more satisfying to families than a resolution imposed by the courts.
In a collaborative law process, the client can mould the final result through negotiations and meetings. A solution that works for everyone will permit the family to move on and start a new chapter in their lives.
