I am a bilingual lawyer who was called to the Bar of Ontario
in 1989. Over the course of my legal career, I handled a
wide range of cases and appeared before many courts and
tribunals. My specialty areas were family law and civil
litigation. Since approximately 2001, my practice has
evolved exclusively into Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”),
including collaborative family law (“CFL”), mediation,
arbitration and workplace conflict investigation and
resolution.
Qualified as a professional mediator in 2001, I served on
the Attorney General of Ontario’s Roster of Mediators for
many years. In 2007, I received accreditation as a Family
Law Arbitrator under the Ontario Arbitration Act. In 2008, I
was certified as a Chartered Mediator by the ADR Institute
of Canada in 2008. I am pleased to offer my services as a
CFL lawyer and as a mediator and arbitrator, dealing with
all family law issues, including property
valuations/division, child support, spousal support, and
parenting (child custody/access).
