I charge $325.00 per hour for Collaborative matters. I am a partner at Low Murchison Radnoff LLP, practicing primarily in Family Law, Wills and Estates, Real Estate, Commercial and Litigation. I am a trained Mediator and an advocate/practitioner or alternative dispute resolution methods, where it is possible. I am a founding member of Collaborative Practice Ottawa.
I have been the President of the group since 2009. I served as the Treasurer until that time.
I believe strongly in helping families to find resolutions to their conflicts between themselves in a way that works for the whole family. I believe that the CFL process is the best way to accomplish that goal, where it is available.
I support using the Team Approach, which involves a negotiation team which includes client, lawyers and other collaborative professionals, where appropriate. Our offices can be found at Carling Avenue and the Queensway on ramp (heading West). Parking is available on site at a minimal cost. In addition, the number 85 bus stops directly in front of our building.
